Spiritual Direction is the contemplative practice of companioning one who wants to deepen in their relationship with God. It looks for how God is present in all of life and explores ways one might respond to God in a growing relationship of freedom and commitment.
Spiritual Direction is by appointment and is usually for 1 hour. Typically, the directee meets with his/her director once a month. A donation is acceptable for the sessions.
soul care
Soul care offers opportunities to explore how one’s exterior life is integrated with the interior movements of God. Time is set aside for prayer, reflection, silence, listening and sharing—practices that are paramount to being in the presence of God and noticing God’s movement in the everyday life experiences. Opportunities include group direction, personal retreat days and spiritual direction.
